Who is Take Heart
Take Heart is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to equip the Church to walk with those impacted by seasons of sickness and suffering. We do this primarily through ministry leader training, church hosted support groups, and through relevant, bible-centered content, articles, videos and more.
Support Groups
A life-altering or chronic diagnosis doesn't just affect one person—it impacts spouses, caregivers, children, family members, and friends. No one should have to carry that weight alone.
Whether you're living with a diagnosis or supporting someone you love, it's natural to wrestle with questions like: Why is this happening? Where is God in this? How do we find hope when the future feels uncertain?
Our support groups offer more than conversation—they provide community. Connect with others who understand, find encouragement for the road ahead, and explore life's hardest questions together in a safe, compassionate, Christ-centered space.

Take Heart Community exists to equip churches, ministry leaders, and lay caregivers to walk alongside those impacted by seasons of sickness and suffering with compassion, confidence, and biblical hope. Through in-person and online training, we provide practical, gospel-centered resources—including our flagship course, The Essentials of Care—to help cultivate a culture of care in the Church.
